Get A Higher Level In Neopets

Neopets is a virtual pet community based in an online world called Neopia. Players can care for up to four virtual pets and use a virtual currency called Neopoints to purchase food, clothes and other accessories for their creations. There are a number of ways for players to get a higher level in Neopets.

Instructions

1. Train at Cap'n Threelegs' Swashbuckling Academy on Kwark Island, if your Neopet is level 40 or under. Pay for the training with dubloons, a Neopian currency. Dubloons can be purchased from shops, found during random events or won from Coltzan's Shrine.

2. Train at the Mystery Island Training School, if your Neopet is level 250 or under. Pay for training with codestones. Codestones can be won from the Tombola and are also found during random events. Training on Mystery Island is faster than on Kwark, but codestones are more expensive than dubloons.

3. Get advanced training at the Secret Ninja Training School on Mystery Island, if your Neopet is beyond level 250. You need red codestones to pay for the training. Go to the Mystery Island Volcano on Techo Mountain and redeem your regular codestones for red codestones. You can also purchase red codestones through the Shop Wizard or at trading posts. The Secret Ninja Training School is located in a hidden section within Techo Mountain.

4. Complete Light Faerie Quests. Completing these quests--Dark, Fire, Water and Air-- can increase your Neopet's hit points, movement, strength or defense. A Neopet that completes a Kitchen Quest will also sometimes be leveled up.

5. Gain access to the Secret Laboratory by collecting a piece of the Secret Laboratory Map from each of Neopia's labs. There are a total of nine map pieces. The map pieces can also be purchased separately at the Shop Wizard, or you can buy a full lab map at the trading post. Experiment on your Neopet once a day with the Secret Laboratory's ray to change its stats. But be careful: The effects of the Lab Ray are random, and your Neopet could lose or gain abilities, change its color or even change its gender.

6. Challenge Count von Roo to a game of Deadly Dice on Roo Island between 12:01 a.m. and 12:59 a.m. NST (Neopian Standard Time). If you win by rolling the higher number, your Neopet's level increases. If you lose, the Count will drain a level or more from your Neopet.
