Webkinz is an online game in which you can go gem hunting in order to collect gems. While it is not difficult, it can be challenging to find all of the different gems. There are different hints for the various gem locations, which can make your gaming experience both fun and entertaining.
Barking Mad Mine
The Barking Mad Mine is the home of the Yellow Gems. You can find all of the yellow gems here, and it is the only location to have the Corona Topaz Gem.
It also contains other gems of different colors besides yellow, which you will dig up on occasion. Some of the other gems you will find in the Barking Mad Mine are the Sea Stone Gem (blue level 2), Teardrop Tower Gem (blue level 2), Flare Fyca Gem (red level 3), Torch Treasure Gem (red, level 3), Lava Lump Gem (red, level 3), Jaded Envy Gem (green, level 3), Pearl Egg Gem (green, level 3) and Terra Tectonic Gem (green, level 3).
This is the best location to search for yellow gems. Make sure you know which level you are on with the shopkeeper before searching for a particular gem.
Buried Bones Mine
The Buried Bones Mine is the home of the White Gems. You can find all of the white gems here, and it is the only location with the Webkinz Diamond.
It also contains gems of other colors. Some of the other gems you will find in the Buried Bones Mine include the Pyramid Plunder Gem (yellow, level 2), Aurora Rox Gem (yellow, level 2), Jaded Envy Gem (green, level 3), Pearl Egg Gem (green, level 3) and Terra Tectonic Gem (green, level 3).
This is the best location to search for white gems.
Flea Floater Mine
The Flea Floater Mine is the home of the Green Gems. You can find all of the green gems here, and it is the only location that has the Earth Emerald Gem.
It also contains other gems of different colors besides green. Some of the other gems you will find in the Flea Floater Mine will be the Ember Amber Gem (red, level 2), Volcano Viscose Gem (red, level 2), Booger Nugget Gem (white, level 3), Goober Glitter Gem (white, level 3), Zingoz Zincoz Gem (white, level 3), Carat Eclipse (yellow, level 3), Lemon Drop (yellow, level 3) and the Starlight Shimmer Gem (yellow, level 3).
This is the best location to get green gems.
Howling Horse Mine
The Howling Horse Mine is the home of the Blue Gems. You can find all of the blue gems here, and it is the only location to have the Ocean Sapphire Gem.
It also contains other gems of different colors. Some of the other gems you will find in the Howling Horse Mine are the Cat's Eye Glint (green, level 2), Moss Marble (green, level 2), Flare Fyca (red, level 3), Lava Lump (red, level 3), Torch Treasure (red, level 3), Booger Nugget (white, level 3), Goober Glitter (white, level 3) and Zingoz Zincoz (white, level 3).
This is the best place to find blue gems.
Muzzle Mouth Mine
The Muzzle Mouth Mine is the home of the Red Gems. You can find all of the red gems here, and it is the only location with the Red Ruby Heart Gem.
It also contains gems of other colors. Some of the other gems you will find in the Muzzle Mouth Mine include the Unicorn Horn Gem (white, level 2), Yum Zum Sparkle Gem (white, level 2), Aqua Orb Gem (blue, level 3), Rainbow Flower Gem (blue, level 3), River Ripple Gem (blue, level 3), Carat Eclipse Gem (yellow, level 3), Lemon Drop Gem (yellow, level 3) and the Starlight Shimmer Gem (yellow, level 3).
This is the best place to search for red gems.
Getting the Crown
There are 30 gems to complete your crown, so now that you know where each gem is located, visit each mine to get the gems you need. Once you complete your collection of all 30 gems, trade them in to the Shopkeeper, "Artie," to get a Webkinz Crown of Wonder. You can either keep this crown or sell it for 2,250 Webkinz coins. You can also keep collecting the gems to get as many crowns as you like.
